Order Processing
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). You’ll receive an email when your order is confirmed and another once it ships.

Shipping Times & Rates
We ship worldwide from New York.

• U.S. Orders: 3–5 business days

• Canada: 5–10 business days

• International: 7–21 business days

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout. All prices are in USD.

Tracking
All orders include tracking. You’ll get a tracking link by email once your order ships.

Duties & Taxes (International Orders)
International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees charged by their country. These aren’t included in our prices.

Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package is lost or arrives damaged, contact hello@nymzo.world within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo if applicable.

Preorders
For preorder items, estimated ship dates are listed on the product page. We’ll email you if those dates change.
